Eric Goldfarb
President
As the founder of Crowd Development Group I set out to create a company whose culture would be based on big-picture ideas, innovative thinking, cost-effective solutions and flawless execution.
With over 20 years of digital marketing experience, I have successfully developed digital media strategies for fortune 500 companies around the world, building strong teams within our organization to meet the requirements of our clients. Our Initial due diligence with the core client team allows us to build a digital strategy that delivers the most optimized and focused program to achieve the goals of the campaign and provide the strongest ROI within a structured timeframe and budget.
Utilizing campaign metrics, each element of the overall strategy is monitored, tested, refocused and ultimately refined to drive the core message to the appropriate audience for maximum impact and results.
James D’Elia
Vice President Social Media Engagement
The past 10 years of my working life has been an adventure.
Originally, majoring in film and video, focusing on documentaries I spent a few years self employed, traveling with the circus directing a documentary film. After that, I spent a year cooking at a country club. Following that, I began my longest position a retail store that sold computers, named after a certain fruit. Along the way, I’ve always been interested in technology, computers, the internet, and the growing realm of social media. The possibilities, the power, and the sociological ramifications behind these social networks have constantly amazed me and still continue to do so everyday. Whether you talk about the ability for a fan to talk directly to their idol or the organization of governments being overthrown.
Watching these things happen, or even being able to be directly involved is an adventure right in your living room. And as you can tell, I like adventures. So when Eric asked me to join him in starting Crowd Development Group, it seemed like a pretty big adventure. And here we are.
